Absolute embarrassment to the industry *Dont listen to instructions from the client, takes 3 weeks to respond to an e-mail (after daily phone calls), is never in the office and it would seem that he is generally "the only personal that can help". The service was far superior before Belvoir got involved, but now Richard Price has left they may as well close up shop - the service is diabolical. Even dis-instructing them to manage my property wasn't accepted the first time and only after numerous requests did they finally accept the notice. Keep well away especially if they try charging 12% management fees!!!

They did not put up a To Let board. They did not advertise on the internet until 4 weeks after they had promised to, and then only put up a photo of the outside of the property, despite me chasing them many times and even providing photos myself. They did not make their terms and conditions... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have shown me some goodwill and refunded the £66.
