Wright Marshall managed property in Crewe for us for almost 10 years and were always very professional and courteous and as we were living c 250 miles away from the property it was good to know that they were on hand to deal with matters. We decided to sell the property in Autumn 2016 but encountered some structural problems which necessitated some remedial work being done,Diane Bowler and Rachel Basford from the sales team were again very professional and helpful. The property finally came to the market in October 2017 and was sold at the full asking price two days after it was first listed. WM helped us monitor the sales process throughout and we successfully completed the sale in January 2018 with no hitches or problems. I would have no hesitation recommending Joanne Wright and her Property Management team and Diane and Rachel from the sales team are first rate sales agents.

As soon as I signed for them to sell my house that was it. They aren't interested in you anymore. They do the bare minimum and don't update you. In the 9 months that we were listed with them, my details were placed on their website and rightmove. They advertised twice in the local paper... Read Full Review

We were rented the property with with what we found to be existing problems that 2 previous tenants had complained about. There is damp through the the downstairs of the property with damp as high as 5ft up the wall in places. The back door has a gaping hole between door frame and does not lock... Read Full Review
