Made an offer which was accepted on the basis that the property wouldn't be marketed further. Having an offer accepted on this basis gave me the confidence to pay a large sum for a structural survey. As soon as I signed for them to sell my house that was it. They aren't interested in you anymore. They do the bare minimum and don't update you. In the 9 months that we were listed with them, my details were placed on their website and rightmove. They advertised twice in the local paper ... Read Full Review

We were rented the property with with what we found to be existing problems that 2 previous tenants had complained about. There is damp through the the downstairs of the property with damp as high as 5ft up the wall in places. The back door has a gaping hole between door frame and does not lock ... Read Full Review
