After recently ? selling a property through knights i have found some members of staff helpful & polite and others i will try and be polite here rude, abrupt uncooperative. I do feel i was mislead with the guide price, they wanted the open house within days of it being put on the internet, open house day one member of staff 15 minute slots on a large property viewings back to back all day, not enough staff or time i ended up doing viewings, some potential buyers were not happy about the 15 minute slot and the fact other people where viewing at the same time. Two days after open house offers where put to me although there was still viewings booked in during the coming week it was as if that did not really matter, i accepted an offer the following week from then on only heard from agent when they wanted to know something or wanted me to drop everything to assist them, VERY MUCH for the buyer the seller is just some one who happens to be part of the process, i have requested assistance from a female member of staff twice both times she could of helped but could not be bothered, i am now 15 weeks into the process contracts still not signed and no exchange date, no communication from agent although i keep phoning for update promise to contact buyers and phone me back 3 weeks later still waiting for call back, i am now on the verge of taking the house off the market i have had enough of dealing with an uncooperative abrupt agent not to mention the disappearing buyer. I would not recommend using knights if selling.

TL;DR. A one star rating is too generous, but I had to give one. In my dealings with Knight Partnership I have found them to be ineffective, lazy and terrible when it comes to communicating with landlord (about issues) or tenants (in general). They claim to work in the best interests of the ... Read Full Review
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
