TL;DR. A one star rating is too generous, but I had to give one. In my dealings with Knight Partnership I have found them to be ineffective, lazy and terrible when it comes to communicating with landlord (about issues) or tenants (in general). They claim to work in the best interests of the landlord, claiming that they work on his orders, but will not let the landlord know about the issues and let them slide. They have no concern for the tenants, claim to have the best intress of the landlord at heart but drop the landlord in it when issues are raised through the complaints procedure. I can not say enough to dissuade you from using Knight Partnership. They do not accept responsibility for the things they should, but try to assume responsibility for things that are solely in the landlord's emit (e.g. the eviction process after the issuing of a Section 21). They use any excuse and clumsy misdirection tactics to circumnavigate issues presented to them. Would never recommend. Even to my worst enemy. Ever.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
