After recently ? selling a property through knights i have found some members of staff helpful & polite and others i will try and be polite here rude, abrupt uncooperative. TL;DR. A one star rating is too generous, but I had to give one. In my dealings with Knight Partnership I have found them to be ineffective, lazy and terrible when it comes to communicating with landlord (about issues) or tenants (in general). Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
