Huge lack of communication from Nicole about referencing process, we were left nearly a week without any updates, a phone call or email, an email here or there would have been reassuring, even if it was to say they were working on it, did not reply to email or phone calls. Very frustrating. When I did make a complaint the director Sue was extremely rude, unhelpful, patronising and argumentative, trying to suggest my concerns were wrong, denied everything, and that it was my fault, left feeling very agitated and wound up.

11 May 2018Very disappointed in this Estate Agent, Nicole was pushy Martin was very unprofessional to our prospective landlord, all they are interested in is their money and will go to disturbing lengths to get it, bullying an old Man into not pulling out of his contract when he was in his rights to do so, it was awful to watch these Estate agents act like a pack ofwolves. Out of principle we didn't rent the property, simply because of their behaviour towards a poor Man in his elderly years who was lovely and kind to us. We recommend not using this Estate Agent.

If I can leave no star I would. I rang the Mark David office in Deddington. Greeted by a very abrupt Rude, stuck up unhelpful man ( said he was the owner) we are/ were really interested purchasing a house they have advertised, currently renting and with funds in place.
