If I can leave no star I would. I rang the Mark David office in Deddington. Greeted by a very abrupt Rude, stuck up unhelpful man ( said he was the owner) we are/ were really interested purchasing a house they have advertised, currently renting and with funds in place. Will never ever buy a house from somebody/ business that offers this service. Especially as moving house is stressful as it is.

Huge lack of communication from Nicole about referencing process, we were left nearly a week without any updates, a phone call or email, an email here or there would have been reassuring, even if it was to say they were working on it, did not reply to email or phone calls. Very frustrating. When I did make a complaint the director Sue was extremely rude, unhelpful, patronising and argumentative, trying to suggest my concerns were wrong, denied everything, and that it was my fault, left feeling very agitated and wound up.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
