If I can leave no star I would. I rang the Mark David office in Deddington. Greeted by a very abrupt Rude, stuck up unhelpful man ( said he was the owner) we are/ were really interested purchasing a house they have advertised, currently renting and with funds in place. Will never ever buy a house... Read Full Review

If I can leave no star I would. I rang the Mark David office in Deddington. Greeted by a very abrupt Rude, stuck up unhelpful man ( said he was the owner) we are/ were really interested purchasing a house they have advertised, currently renting and with funds in place. Will never ever buy a house from somebody/ business that offers this service. Especially as moving house is stressful as it is.

Huge lack of communication from Nicole about referencing process, we were left nearly a week without any updates, a phone call or email, an email here or there would have been reassuring, even if it was to say they were working on it, did not reply to email or phone calls. Very frustrating. When I did make a complaint the director Sue was extremely rude, unhelpful, patronising and argumentative, trying to suggest my concerns were wrong, denied everything, and that it was my fault, left feeling very agitated and wound up.
