One of the worst letting agents in London. We've been renting a property from KF over the last two years, while everything seemed fine at the beginning, things quickly became sour. We've maintained the property in pristine conditions and always paid our rent on time, but that did not save from a huge number of inefficiencies, mistakes in the contracts, the lack of responsiveness and the arrogance of staff. I can't remind all the issues we had with this agency. Despite us loving the property we were in, we decided to change flat when KF tried to make us accept a 5% rent increase in a downmarket. The checking out has been equally painful, with KF letting us deal with a swarm of personnel with different functions titles and who can't communicate among them. Hopefully the nightmare will be over soon.

Absolutely awful experience in 2018 under the leadership of Paul. We have had issues in the past which we were too lenient with negotiating goodwill rate amendments rather than walking away These ranged from missing rent to one tenant being illegally moved into my property with no signed tenancy agreement and no references sent to me. There are too many people with a lack of communication and changing faces all the time. Then you end up chasing because they are not co ordinating. We are now hoping to extricate ourselves from this agency after they promised (once again a huge mess) to charge commission monthly and took a year's worth of commission in one go leaving my mortgage at risk. They then told my latest tenants that they were aware the last tenant was damaging my property. I am beyond shocked and appalled. Their previous Head of Wappinf Gary at least tried to resolve matters in a professional manner when errors occurred which is why we stayed but as soon as Paul came on the scene it became an absolute disaster and evading truthful responses seems to be a key theme.

I called like 4 times for a flat they were advertising, and all the 4 times not any of the negotiator was available. And I was told to wait for them to call back. This has never happened. At the fifth time, a negotiator answered and said...the flat was gone. Just don't loose time with this... Read Full Review

Terrible customer service provided to us as tenants from start to finish, despite the extortionate fees they charge tenants - Firstly, they made several mistakes in our original contract (including quoting the incorrect rental cost at a few hundred less than they we had agreed to). They also... Read Full Review

Comments on Agent Fees

Very high compared to other estate agents (and service certainly no better than other estate agents)

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
