I called like 4 times for a flat they were advertising, and all the 4 times not any of the negotiator was available. And I was told to wait for them to call back. This has never happened. At the fifth time, a negotiator answered and said...the flat was gone. Just don't loose time with this... Read Full Review

One of the worst letting agents in London. We've been renting a property from KF over the last two years, while everything seemed fine at the beginning, things quickly became sour. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
