Michelle from mac and moy was highly professional during the sale process of my property she kept me informed regularly and I was able to contact her out of hours aswell i would use mac and moy again without a doubt

I honestly do not know were to start with this terrible excuse for a 'compaany' - they are certainly no company worthy of the description. Asked to pay up front and then job not completed. I dealt with Mac & Moy regarding their cleaning service. Michelle contacted me in response to an ad I had put online looking for a regular house cleaner offering their services. What agent could do to change your mind?
Provide an efficient service. Do not take deposits if you can not provide a service. Given that, if they had have refunded the deposit I had paid when I asked I would have though nothing more of the inefficiency. They are obviously just dishonest.
