When we moved to Manchester from overseas a couple of years ago, we didn't think the real estate person (Sara) FaceTiming to show us a property would also be the person who would help us to buy where we were renting. Sara and H helped to push through our sale, navigate the nuances of a British home purchase, kept us informed (they were on the ball) and made it a much simpler experience than any of the agents we had tried to work with previously to put offers on alternate properties (renting and buying). I'd thoroughly recommend Quay Properties and the team there for either renting our buying, as both have been great experiences for us, where we felt that we were being taken care of and treated really well.

This agency has several issues at the outset. They are rude, do not introduce themselves properly on phone, and give patronising unsolicited advice if they disagree with the customer.
