If I could rate Winkworth lower, I would. This is all down to the pathetically poor and unprofessional Property Management "service" managed by A H. A H has no grasp of grammar, the English language or customer service and has never attempted to call us once instead preferring to send badly worded emails ignoring the majority of our queries. We had a broken oven for over 3 weeks, blocked sink which keeps on blocking up and had a 'band aid' temporary fix placed on it and the worst part was refusing to replace extractor fans in the flat... and countless more isues that were ignored until we insisted. I believe that A H forgets that she deals with peoples homes, where they expect to feel comfortable and safe and should take a LOT more care in job as her work affects other peoples day to day life. Poor and slow service on getting any repairs done by A H and I would recommend you just avoid Winkworth Greenwich all because of A H.

Made an offer on a house listed with them and they actively encouraged gazumping. They allowed viewings after the offer had been accepted and encouraged us to outbid each other, ultimately resulting in 5 total offers when the first one was supposedly accepted by the vendor.
