Very unpleasant experience. We put were practically bullied into making an offer on a flat that we had just seen moments ago, they claimed that the place would be rented very soon and that we didn't have even 30 mins to think about it. Eventually we made an offer and then nothing. We texted, we emailed, we called, we emailed again. On the phone they said that they would call us back in a few minutes. Nothing again. We only learned that our offer was declined when they took down the add a few days later and they didn't feel like informing us. We felt unwelcome, all they showed us was disrespect and the worst snob attitude as we were moving in from another country. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Made an offer on a house listed with them and they actively encouraged gazumping. They allowed viewings after the offer had been accepted and encouraged us to outbid each other, ultimately resulting in 5 total offers when the first one was supposedly accepted by the vendor. If I could rate Winkworth lower, I would. This is all down to the pathetically poor and unprofessional Property Management "service" managed by A H.
