Dreadful company! warning do not go with this company! I was a Tenant and given section21 as Landlord sold the property between the Landlord and Agents they allowed me an early exit but due to being ill I could no longer leave so waited for the next available property to rent (Never Happened do to demands) I had to take action and asked the agents if I could leave early as I am a mum of two young boys, the stress and anxiety it caused for me to find a home was very slim, so my dad asked me to go to his until I find a home (Still today I am homeless) staff lied about the conversation I had with them over the phone saying I could leave early 'drop the keys off in the morning 9.30' which I did. only to my horror I was threatened to pay 2weeks rent for the empty property I was no longer in! My Deposit was held until I provided evidence to prove I was told to drop the keys off the next day. I have no apologies from the agent or from the Landlord for putting so much stress on myself and my boys. my advice keep away from them they only want your money it is a business. I have heard extremely bad reviews from past Landlords and Agents about Reades Residential

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
No procedure set.
