We are currently renting a property from this agent, and I would never recommend this agency to anyone. They are an absolute disgrace of a company. They let out this house, even though it is in a disgraceful state and have simply ignored all the issues. The house should have been deep cleaned after the previous tenants left, but it obviously hadn't. The oven and extractor fan were both filthy; the wheelie bins were full of rubbish which had been lying there for month and here was food in the paper recycling bin, unbagged dirty nappies in the container bin and so on; there were bits of jigsaw, children's toys, clothes etc down the back of couches and underneath them; dirty nappies and sanitary towels in the upstairs bathroom; the washing machine was black with mould; a dog's bone under the beg in the master bedroom; the en suite toilet was dirty; the mattresses on the beds were filthy and the one in my daughter's room covered in dog hair and too many other issues to list here. We contacted them straight away and they said they'd get back to us, which they didn't. The next day, m y husband called again and was asked to email in photos which he duly did. No response. He phoned again to be told Scott was out the office and would get back to him. He eventually did and said he would have a manager visit the house. Still waiting! I have had to clean up so much filth to make this livable as our own home is currently being ripped apart by builders due to a leak causing massive damage. I have used two pack of Oven Pride on the oven shelves, plus two steel scourers and they are still caked in burnt on grease. I am stressed to bits living in this house and feel like suing Countrywide. I would have left this review with no stars if that was possible.
