Very poor service from Robert Manning Lettings. They don't do any of the maintenance and management aspects of their role. They expect payments for things they don't do and demand money without any explanation. They *were dishonest, money-grabbing and untrustworthy. They have been abusive by phone and by email for simple tenant requests (broken heating). They even lie to the landlords instead of helping both parties manage the property. Please avoid.

They are withholding my money from the DPS after 6 weeks of vacating the property. For their evidence they submitted photos of the wrong property to try and claim part of my deposit!
