I feel like I received a very good service from Jessica and Georgia when wanting to rent out my house. As a first time landlord I was very nervous about the whole procedure but Jessica remained calm, polite and reassuring through-out. They sorted out the whole process and when ever I asked about something, it was usually already done or in-hand.
Comments on Agent Fees
The fees were higher than other places but I felt confident in Jessica and Georgia and its money well spent to not have to worry about it.
