We purchased a property through John German, working with Liz Brown as the negotiator on behalf of the seller. Even though Liz was not working for us, she had an exceptional level of customer service, communication and thoroughness to the entire negotiation process which had the customary bumps of buying and selling a property. She chased solicitors and surveyors on our behalf to encourage movement in delays and kept us informed through regular emails and phone calls along the journey.
