Adams Letting Agents were, from the start, unhelpful and even rude. Every time there was an issue with the house that we tried to get sorted, Adams were slow to respond, or more often than not, unresponsive. They frequently ignore emails about the problems that there were with the house but then very quick to contact us when they felt we owed them money. We went to the office in Winton to try to speak to someone face to face about the issues that there were with the house, we were told to put it in an email. When we told them we had already emailed them numerous times about it they did not seem to care. It has been over a month since we have moved out and we have still not received our deposit back. This estate agent cares not for the quality of life you have in the houses that they have to let.

9 Apr 2019It seems to be the same for landlords too - no response, no help, tenants left flat damaged. We received none of the deposit back and no help despite paying for the full service package.

I wouldn't even give Adams Lettings one star!! I have stupidly rented through them twice and both times they have been dishonest and failed to give me my full deposit back!! They're absolute thieving crooks who are rude and think they're above us lowly renters. I don't... Read Full Review

If you are a landlord who has no conscience then Adams may be good for you. On the other hand if you are looking to rent a property do not touch them with a barge pole.
