It took the agency 6 months to give us our bedroom room keys, and my bedroom window did not open the whole time I was living there, despite complaining over 20 times. Many hidden costs with this agency which they have no right to ask you to pay, and much of our deposits were taken despite the fact that there was no damage to the flat, and it was left in a clean condition.

Extremely disappointed by the fake charges and overcharges by Raj in this Nottingham branch. We have been overpaying and just noticed now but Raj has been more than happy to accept all the overpayment and STILL make up charges claiming we have to pay!
