Steve was friendly, knowledgeable, hard working and always available for advice. He was extremely flexible with the timing of meetings which made dealing with him very easy. The time Steve saved us in finding the small number of mortgages available to us was significant and worth every penny of the fee. I would recommend Steve to anyone I know for advice on mortgages.

Extremely disappointed by the fake charges and overcharges by Raj in this Nottingham branch. We have been overpaying and just noticed now but Raj has been more than happy to accept all the overpayment and STILL make up charges claiming we have to pay! It took the agency 6 months to give us our bedroom room keys, and my bedroom window did not open the whole time I was living there, despite complaining over 20 times.
