Shocking experience with this agent when moving out of property. Very nice when we handed money over but made it difficult when moving out. Spoke to us like dirt and quoted a ridiculous £680 to clean the house which only needed a Hoover and a carpet clean!! Very unprofessional and clearly lack experience as they can't even get there information correct, billing us for towel rails that were poorly fitted when we moved in and fell off after first use....they then tell us we fitted them!! Clearly do not even check there own inventories. Billing us for a grey bin that is in the back garden if they had even looked!! I would never rent a property through this agent again. When emailing, they don't like to have a conversation other than copy and pasting tenancy agreement clauses which actually contradicted them anyway!! Very very poor customer service and an absolute disgrace to the property market.

Much higher than their competitors in the area. Given they did not achieve a sell, I did not have to pay their fee's but it wasted a huge amount of time, during which their behaviour caused me a lot of stress.
