Much higher than their competitors in the area. Given they did not achieve a sell, I did not have to pay their fee's but it wasted a huge amount of time, during which their behaviour caused me a lot of stress.

Shocking experience with this agent when moving out of property. Very nice when we handed money over but made it difficult when moving out.
