Disgusting service from this estate agent. Was due my deposit back as stated in the contract 10 days after handing the keys back. Have called various times and 12 days later still no deposit each after being told it would be paid back. Staff member Andrew has no people skills at all and just fobs you off saying you will get it back but to call back tomorrow. Stay clear from this estate agents

I recently dealt with MMP and found their customer service absolutely appalling and extremely bias. They lack the ability of making you feel comfortable buying a property, especially as a cash buyer willing to pay the full asking price because they were too demanding and invasive. Do not ever expect your call returned. After paying our fees for reference and credit checks, came back with a nil income because rent4sure who they use can not read an application nor a bank statement. Actually managed to get a call back about this after leaving so many messages we lost count.... Read Full Review
