This is the worst experience we have had ever! They do not vet their potential viewers at all! Viewing 1: Was a no show. Turns out they didnt have any funds to be looking so just gave up. The agent walked through our house with high heels on even though they were instructed to take shoes off. 2. An investor shown round but not vetted as he had no funds to even buy the house. 3. The agent was 20 mins late so we had to show the person round the house. No appology when they did turn up and again not vetted as they had no t sold theirs yet. 4. Agent was 10 mins late and no apology, we were in so said we would go for a walk and they could call us after. As we were walking back 10 mins later the agent was gone with the confused viewers waiting around. As we approached they advised they were staying round as the agent left all doors unlocked! The sting at the end was us calling the manager to complain about this and the whole ordeal. No appology and a very rude response. We advised we would remove them as an agent and all we got was 'Good luck' before hanging up on us. Will never use them again

Manager needs some lessons in good customer service.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
