I have recently sold a property on Great Western Park with Luke at Thomas Merrifield. He was very professional, his project management and stakeholder communications were excellent. We had a very difficult chain to manage (with a public sector body in there which could have caused significant delays), however Luke did absolutely everything in his power to overcome the obstacles to achieve the exchange and completion date agreed.

We ended up moving at the beginning of lockdown and they were really helpful and flexible, we couldn't have done it without them.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move in the area.

Nick's experience and approach is fantastic with some of the trickier elements, and overall we found the support very personable and timely.

Absolutely first class estate agent!!! All enquiries were dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
Our property was shared ownership and whilst we could only initially sell through the housing association (a condition of shared ownership), it was difficult to get viewers through the door. We then had the option of selling on the open market and as soon as we contacted TM we had perspective buyers streaming through the door and then a buyer within a couple of weeks!
They were flexible, friendly and very supportive and we are so thankful to James and the team who made the experience of selling and buying a new home seamless.
