All the staff whom I had contact with in my years of dealing with AM were very helpful. I am sure there were more than two staff who were very helpful and good manner. The named two above had worked very hard for my letting and showed good understanding to aliviate my concerns in this particular letting.

Telephoned Sarah at 15.45 to confirm a viewing later that day at 18.00 before leaving London early to be there on time. All was fine apparently. Bought train ticket to Weybridge. Having spoken to Roxanne on several occasions, she is by far the best property manager I have ever dealt with. She is responsive, professional and friendly.
