Treated aggressively by renewals person. Who appeared to want to cause maximum trouble between us and the landlord at renewals time.
What agent could do to change your mind?
This experience has been so bad that I would not use the estate agents again.

Telephoned Sarah at 15.45 to confirm a viewing later that day at 18.00 before leaving London early to be there on time. All was fine apparently. Bought train ticket to Weybridge. All the staff whom I had contact with in my years of dealing with AM were very helpful. I am sure there were more than two staff who were very helpful and good manner.
