I have had, my apartment let with this agency for nearly 2 years.they always had excuses as to why sometimes it took over a week from the time of reciept of rent, to it getting into my bank account. I stuck with them, due to a particularly good member of staff, who has now left ( best thing he could have done !) My tennant gave notice on the 21st July 2017, and vacated on August 21st . I decided to stay with them, as they assured me that the tenant would allow prospective viewings during his notice period . As it turned out , he did not ( as is his right). I have had a busy summer and trusted in the integrity and skills of the agent to find a new tennant for me, isn't this 'full management?'. They assured me that they had inspected the prop, told me it had been cleaned, but small repairs and some redecorating was needed, it needed to come from the tenants 'bond', but not to stress myself , they would get contractors and get the works done. I spoke to them in early September , and was told that the works had been done, the money taken from the bond, and a new tenant would be moving in next week. The tennant did not materialise ( it happens ) , after inspection of my property today, I found it to be dirty, and none of the repairs have been done , or none of the decorating. I don't know what has happened to the tenants , bond money, if I knew who it was I would ask him. I have had no final accounts, only my keys. In real terms . I am out of pocket. Avoid this company like the plague, They never answer emails.
