This is a terrible agency .They are ignorant of important details of property.Staff show a total lack of interest.They do not respond to emails at all .They do not honour basic comittments and cause lots of problems through their total disregard for customers.It was like dealing with a brick wall. Unbelievably unprofessional.I am amazed that they can actually function as a credible agency ,Avoid at all costs!!!

I have had, my apartment let with this agency for nearly 2 years.they always had excuses as to why sometimes it took over a week from the time of reciept of rent, to it getting into my bank account. The property was not inspected, the gardens were not maintained for the entire 30 months, despite constant emails (our neighbours constantly complaining that it was spoiling the value and look of the neighbourhood).
