We rented from Groves for 1 year and moved out a month earlier just to be out of the flat. We had issues with mould from the start and sent numberous emails asking them to fix numberous problems which were mostly ignored. Now after moving out they are trying to charge us over �1500. We are an engaged professional couple so as you can imagine there was no damage done to the property on our part. I'm disgusted with the lack of professionalism and money grabbing attitude. As if the �1150 we paid a month for a substandard flat was not enough. Never use this agency!

Worst experience ever! Property posted on their website 17/7. On Sunday, I email to request a virtual viewing. On Monday morning 20/7, I phone their office. Overpriced fees. They don't even do a proper credit check, but ask you to send bank statements. Very flexible with the truth both in terms of properties and the progress of your application.
