Overpriced fees. They don't even do a proper credit check, but ask you to send bank statements. Very flexible with the truth both in terms of properties and the progress of your application. Zero interest in you once contacts are signed, zero vetting of landlords. Clearly a company ethos to defend deceitful practices as complaining does no good; just a badly spelled defence of staff from the manager. God only knows how awful they are with student lettings who probably let them get away with it.

Worst experience ever! Property posted on their website 17/7. On Sunday, I email to request a virtual viewing. On Monday morning 20/7, I phone their office. We rented from Groves for 1 year and moved out a month earlier just to be out of the flat.
