Simply, do not even get close to them! They have the world's pettiest landlords who will try to rip you off and keep your ENTIRE deposit with absolutely NO EVIDENCE. Even the official check-out report showed minimal deductions, the landlord thought he should keep the whole deposit and that the agent should be on his side. They will try to charge you �400 for a little scratch on the floor and accuse you for breaking something that you didn't even know existed in the house. Oh also, whenever YOU are the ones who is supposed to make a payment on a given date, they will chase you day and night before the deadline! They have absolutely no compromises to keep the tenants happy. They will just be on the side of the client who is paying them the most. I regret using them for my second flat with all my heart!!!

Terrible agency - ask huge sums of money but whenever a problem arises they 'apologize for not being able to help as we are merely an intermediate and do not manage the property'.
