I have contacted Theori about an anti social and abusive tenant who harasses my tenants who live above her and work full time all day. Their response was to contact their tenant and ask her to respond to the complaint. She apparently said it was all nonsense, they were racist and wanted to get her evicted. Unfortunately Theori chose not to contact the complainants but accepted this slightly deranged anti social tenant's word without question. No one at Theori will speak to me and I am currently considering legal action against the agency and the owner. Appalling (but very pleasant on the 'phone) when they used to speak to me!..

Dreadful. Slum landlords with a vengeance. For tenants- poor maintenance, dirty conditions, abuse of fire and other statutory regs.
