Theori investment are AWFUL, i gave my property over 3 years ago to chris cook and he lied to me he told me if i give 3 months notice i can get my property back. 2 years on i am heavily pregnant with my third child 36 weeks pregnant to be exact and angela who works in legal department has been so called helping me but wait for it fobbing me of that i need to wait for the tenant to get rehoused. My contract has ended yet nearly 4 years on i cant get my property back. These lying agents have emotionally left me devastated and nearly homeless as my parents have given me notice yet theori are still not helping mem

I have contacted Theori about an anti social and abusive tenant who harasses my tenants who live above her and work full time all day. Dreadful. Slum landlords with a vengeance. For tenants- poor maintenance, dirty conditions, abuse of fire and other statutory regs.
