Dreadful. Slum landlords with a vengeance. For tenants- poor maintenance, dirty conditions, abuse of fire and other statutory regs. If you like bed bugs, cockroaches, mice and rats this is the firm for you- with enough varieties of mould to keep Sir Alexander Fleming happy for a long time. For property owners- beware of letting to them- your property will be returned in a poor condition. Picture is of bedbugs- pandemic long-term infestation- Theori will avoid doing anything by claiming tenant must have introduced them.

31 Aug 2017I am very happy to see other tenants are complaining. I have been treated with disrespect even had Andrew the manager out the phone down on my face , the staff don't give a toot. The house has rats and is literally falling down around us. Evidence is with us and also recordings of noted phone calls. They are happy t take the rent. But really their client care is bad and pass the buck all the time. Saying well we need t talk t Westminster social housing because its temporary accommodation. We were left several times with roof leaking and no water and heating in winter and they don't care. I am also taking legal action now. I'm looking for other tenants also that have had issues with them. I have now ten. Need three more.

6 Oct 2017Hi Donna, this is Andrew, I was never a manager at Theori and the reason the phone call was terminated was due to the fact that you were recording me which I wasn't comfortable with I can confirm I have left the company due to various issues and reasons that I cannot go into. I can also confirm though that the staff that answer the phones are stuck in the middle of the situation and the issue is with management not wanting to help their inbound call staff and would rather sit around all day on the internet. I would also like to say I am still awaiting pay from Theori after leaving the company (Over a month ago) Any help you need with the legal situation please respond and let me know Thanks Andrew

I have contacted Theori about an anti social and abusive tenant who harasses my tenants who live above her and work full time all day.
