Crooks and liars. I told them I had a small chihuahua prior to moving in, the agent said he checked with landlord and she was fine with that. After 2.5 years of paying rent on time every month, I suddenly received a letter of eviction for non disclosure of pet. Either the agent lied to me saying consent was given or landlord just wanted to get new tenant on higher rate rent. Disgusting.

Absolutely abhorrent property management team - irrespective of who you speak to. Trying to receive our deposit back due to the cap on Tenants Act 2019 and NONE of the staff can confirm the date or the actual process - I've done that for the one girl confirming date of tenancy signed by all...
