We have been renting with Ranson for a year now. We are renting a property in Manchester even though the company is based in London. We were a bit dubious about this at first but the service they've provided has been nothing but top class. The property is beautiful at a really decent price. We were told we had to leave our previous property at short notice and within 24 hours of us seeing the Ranson property on rightmove, we had viewed it twice, spoken to Ranson several times and paid the deposit. We have had a couple minor issues with the flat, both of which were resolved extremely quickly. On one occasion our washing machine stopped working and within 24 hours we had a brand new one fitted! The only reason I haven't given them five is because there have been some delays and confusion regarding a car parking space in the facility. Overall an excellent establishment with very efficient and polite staff (which makes a change with renting agencies!). Thank you and we look forward to renewing our contract for the next year!

I think the deposit was quite high and I have nothing to compare the contract renewal fee to.

Waheeda, their property manager is an excellent professional. I rented a property from Ranson for 4.5 years. Waheeda managed it for 3 years and all that while she dealt with things meticulously.
