Disgusting estate agents, I had the most awful experince when renting a property through these people. The property was lovely which is why we went for it but from day one it was nothing but hell. I had things stolen from my room when the maintenance man came round and no acknowledgment from the property manager or anyone from this agency, they didn't fix what was needed to be fixed and never replied to emails. The downstairs room flooded and the girl living in it was left with nowhere to live for 2 months while the rest of the property filled with damp because of it. They did not refund her any money for this inconvience despite it being in the contract which they continued to ignore certain clauses from it. Upon giving them my notice to leave they failed to tell me what I needed to do so this prolonged my leaving and then cheekily tried to charge me another admin fee along with fines for the damp!! We also had complaints from other neighbours down the road about the agency itself, which is a horrible experience, this also shows how bad of a reputation they have around Tooting and Streatham!! Absolute joke of an agency, please please please do not give them your money! N.B even complaining to the owner did nothing as he failed to look into any of the complaints and sided with the extremely rude and condescending staff.
