This shady leasing office rented me a faulty flat a few years ago, numerous problems. The shower drain wasn't connected, which flooded the flat below me. I gave time2move my newly refurbished house to sell back in April 2012. They found me a purchaser at the asking price within a week, and the sale completed within 5 weeks. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
