This shady leasing office rented me a faulty flat a few years ago, numerous problems. The shower drain wasn't connected, which flooded the flat below me. A wrong component was used to connect the boiler, which almost caused a fire. On top of that, there was a clear problem with the electricity, it was upwards of £10-15 a day, no matter if everything was turned off. In fact one of my neighbors was in the process of taking them to court over it. You can see from other reviews they steal money and refuse to fix problems. Avoid at all cost

If you look up the Estate Agents' governing body, their Code of Practice states that if the estate agent has anything to do with the property being rented eg a member of staff owns the property then they have a duty of care to inform you of the fact, so that you can decide whether you wish to go ahead with the rental or not. So when renting with them please ask, as it turns out that my ex-landlord has strong connections with the company and I have actually seen him working in the office. The company however told me that they were under no obligation to inform me of any vested interests. He is the Director of Time2Move Nationwide however.

Problems with new boiler for 5 months leading me to eventually call in Gas Safe who then informed me that the boiler installation did not comply with current building regulations and as such the installer would have to come back and sort this out, however this was not attended to whilst I was there and would be done after I had moved out. My suspicions were that the delay was due to the fact that the contractor who installed the boiler signed my signature on a Gas Safety certificate and then blamed an admin person who's name he refused to give, most likely because they never existed. However, unfortunately all this was hard to prove so no real action has been taken on it.
The companies' communication is absolutely terrible and they have even ignored certain questions I have asked and you don't know where you stand with them due to this.
I would recommend that if you are looking to rent somewhere, then avoid this company like the plague as from what I have read about them plus my own experiences you won't be getting value for money, just a whole lot of stress.

This agent wrote to us saying that they could see that our property was still being advertised to let, one year after it was last let. I phoned to ask where they could see a listing and they replied that they didn't know - that they must have seen the board outside the house one year ago.
I complained that this was bad practice and that I should warn other prospective clients unless they could provide a better explanation. Their reply was that I should feel free to do so.

Disgusting estate agents, I had the most awful experince when renting a property through these people. The property was lovely which is why we went for it but from day one it was nothing but hell.
I had things stolen from my room when the maintenance man came round and no acknowledgment from the property manager or anyone from this agency, they didn't fix what was needed to be fixed and never replied to emails. The downstairs room flooded and the girl living in it was left with nowhere to live for 2 months while the rest of the property filled with damp because of it. They did not refund her any money for this inconvience despite it being in the contract which they continued to ignore certain clauses from it. Upon giving them my notice to leave they failed to tell me what I needed to do so this prolonged my leaving and then cheekily tried to charge me another admin fee along with fines for the damp!! We also had complaints from other neighbours down the road about the agency itself, which is a horrible experience, this also shows how bad of a reputation they have around Tooting and Streatham!!
Absolute joke of an agency, please please please do not give them your money!
N.B even complaining to the owner did nothing as he failed to look into any of the complaints and sided with the extremely rude and condescending staff.
