** Responses to davids alleged damage have been removed off / blocked from his facebook - strange that david? ** Please see images of alleged damage and removed comments on google - uploaded there so you can witness first hand davids childishness and sheer desperation to make money - also he is disputing the WHOLE deposit amount at present, not the £100.00 stated below. Pictures of the alleged damage were posted to facebook along with davids allegations that he has 6 staff at an address in fallowfield - Companies house show david has had 3 prior dissolved companies - same address as his current but these all differ from the wilmslow address the businesses - both dissolved and current - are listed under. David your clearly not an above board man and as such i expect nothing less - its funny you state her that you only want £100 as youve claimed for a lot more? I cannot post pictures on here but rest assured david ill ensure i post everything possible to prove your ridiculous claims as false - you just want to earn a quick buck - which is not surprising really is it when you have companies dissolving left right and centre. Wish id have read these reviews prior to renting with these guys! Stayed in a property two years - think i called them out once for an issue - water gushing through my celing from a next door flat - this call was made friday evening when it began, nobody came to sort it until the monday & when i say 'sort' a dehumidifyer was dropped off and left, no furthe action or follow up was taken. All this at the time, being a chilled tenant, i left and sorted out cleaning carpets etc myself. Other than this i had no check ups, no visits, no general correspondence from them other than to report severe damp on the odd occasion and them chasing up alleged 'unpaid' rent which actually turned out to be that theyd missed it on their accounts as my rent was always paid ontime. Even responses to this werent apologetic but rather pathetically advising 'well you used the wrong reference' rather than the proffesional response youd expect from an office; i.e 'apologies for this oversight, please use such a reference in future to avoid confusion' I have now come to move out the property two years on and have had the whole place proffesionally cleaned and carpet cleaned - to receive a lengthy email advising of petty details - of which i have images of and know were included in our clean (obviously this will all be disputed) however i would genuinely advise against getting into a tenancy with this one man band - being david and his receptionist Sara, with no formal offices to speak of. Simply being that considering i caused no hassle, no damage, left the property after two years in pristine condition am now being advised to repaint the whole flat due to black marks caused by mould that THEY failed to manage and replace kitchen units that were chipped when i moved in - luckily i had proof of this. But all in all its just poor form David is obviously trying to refurb the flat for the next tenant at my cost - despite making �795 pcm from me for a period of 2 years and carrying out NO maitenance. I have no worry i will get my deposit back as i have now taken videos of the entire property however its the fact we have to argue and end the tenancy on a bitter note because David wants to earn a quick buck from it... theres plenty of other, bigger better rental companies - id seriously, genuinely suggest looking again before moving into a property managed by that property ltd. **** Will update with pictures so you can see that any type of politically correct white picket fence response they no doubt post is bs as the property is immaculate!

Absolutely diabolical service. A one man band who masquerades as a company offering a 'quality service' that falls well below standard. Better customer service. Don\'t promise the earth and pretend you can deliver a service to tenants when you fail Everytime. Drop the know-it-all attitude and employ more staff with an office!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
