Absolutely diabolical service. A one man band who masquerades as a company offering a 'quality service' that falls well below standard. Takes forever to arrange repairs, never phones back when'they' say 'they' will, and writes up dodgy tenancy agreements with terms that would not stand up in ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Better customer service. Don\'t promise the earth and pretend you can deliver a service to tenants when you fail Everytime. Drop the know-it-all attitude and employ more staff with an office!

Really really impressed with David's helpfulness, honesty, promptness, and reliability. I cannot fault him, he found good tenants for my property very quickly, and within a couple of weeks they were able to move in. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
