Absolutely terrible. The staff are solely sales-orientated and seem to have no industry knowledge or expertise whatsoever. I had a terrible experience with them and their incompetence led to a delay of several months in selling my house. One of the worst companies I've dealt with in my life.
Comments on Agent Fees
1% was a reasonable rate, but I lost much more in the delayed sale than I made in cheap fees.
