Absolutely terrible. The staff are solely sales-orientated and seem to have no industry knowledge or expertise whatsoever. 1% was a reasonable rate, but I lost much more in the delayed sale than I made in cheap fees.

Absolutely shocking company that should not exist. big time rip offs, fees are too high for the level of "support" given. DO NOT USE TAYLORS!!!! I used Taylors to sort out a remortage and a mortage to by a property, the service is terrible, they never return your calls and they offer somthing called "Buyers Protection". In a nut shell if your sale/purchase falls through before completion any money ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
