I would give Zero stars if I could. I have never dealt with such a poorly ran company. No one communicates with each other or checks messages from their clients and if they do they rarely get back to you and wwhen they do it's at a point when it's gone passed the point of a reasonable time for example my boiler had gone off and I tried contacting them and it was three days later when they contacted me and told me to fix it. I expanded my landlord to come out and he agreed with me that it should not of taken that long or the fact trying to make me fix it. They mislead me and my partner regarding details such as when we could leave as some things did change however due to a formal employee denying these changes we were stuck an extra month in our property due to missing the cut of period for our notice even though we were told a different date. (Some details were changed from our original contact bit weren't updated like we were told and then went on a periodic contact) we loved our home but moved because Bridgford and their staff were useless and unreliable. Now we have left and still waiting on our bond. Been in contact with them left messages, emails and all you get is someone will call you back but no one does. Finally after all this we get told that someone is on holiday that's why no one knew about what was happening and also my old landlord has gone on holiday and won't be back for another week. Why was I not informed or why was he not told when this was being done and needed to be signed? If I was inform of him being away then ok but when you don't get any responses and past around and no one has any answers then how can you trust what they say and especially with your money? No organisation between them, no manners, and are willing to pass you to someone else just so they don't have to deal with you.
