Absolutely appalling service, I called 3 times simply to arrange a viewing, each time I was told that I could not arrange a viewing as John was not in the office and he would call me back. We never received any call back and on my forth attempt at arranging a viewing the property had been sold.

Carter Jonas added greatly to our stress when we were trying to deal with a very difficult landlord (rubber wiring and black mould - the council had to step in).
