rip off merchants , dont touch this people, i moved in to they property on 31st july but picked keys up 5pm mouldy bathroom grouting cooker dirty,cupboards dirty ,carpet faded, carpet ripped in other room, paint everywhere untidy, damp under sink , place not cleaned before go in when move out, get changed for a cleaner to go in, and to say u never cleaned, when i repainted whole house for them too, then i had to live through 1 year of damp in kitchen that i didnt know about until i noticed the vinyl in kitchen was rising then found out the big pipe in kitchen that was doing above flats was leaking in to flat ( toilet pipe ) and it took over 3 months to fix the problem then when the builder fixed it he left the kitchen dirty and dusty ( everything had to be cleaned in kitchen ) and all u get from them is sorry about that, plus all the heater in flat never worked ( u tell them they not all working and they ignore u ) plus i reported a light wire over 12 months ago was showing and they said it was ok ( does this show they care about tenant they will never had the intention of returning my full deposit , they are out to take ur money.
